Ticket Regulations

1. Each ticket also provides the holder with a food token to be exchanged for a set meal, usable at designated food hall or Food Bars. No food or drink is allowed to be sold on the premises from external sources.

2. UK-IC will also be providing a Creche service so parents can leave their child(ren) and watch the conference in ease and comfort. Your child(ren) will be under experienced supervision with activities and entertainment for the day. Limited places are available so book early to avoid disappointment. 3. No leaflet or literature is allowed to be distributed without prior permission taken from the UK-IC management.

4. External recording or photography of any form or shape is forbidden and legal action will be taken against those who are found guilty.

5. All items held by the ticket holder are the responsibilities of the ticket holder, the organisers or venue bear no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items or cases.

6. In the case of a speaker(s)/performer(s) not making the event due to unforeseen circumstances and issues, a replacement will be provided.

7. Organisers have the right to refuse the entry to whom they seem fit at all times without explanation.

8. If for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control the event is forced to cancel, up to 50% refund will be given on the tickets.
